Where does the information come from?
The launch product will use licensed automotive data providers and official sources where applicable. Supplier selection is still being finalised.
What does 'no record found' mean?
It means no matching record was available from the sources used for that section at the time of the report. It does not prove an event never occurred.
Does VINPro estimate kilometres?
No. VINPro is designed to show source-backed odometer readings only. If no historical reading is available, the report will say so.
Are vehicle images photos of the exact car?
Not necessarily. VINPro may use representative or AI-generated imagery for presentation. Those images will be labelled clearly.
Are valuations guaranteed?
No. Any valuation is an indicative guide based on available market data and vehicle details, not a formal valuation or guaranteed sale price.
Can I access reports later?
Yes. Purchased reports are intended to be available from the Reports area of your VINPro account.
Will VINPro inspect the physical vehicle?
No. A data report is not a mechanical or physical inspection. Buyers should arrange an independent inspection where appropriate.
